the product is great however the service i feel needs to be improved---i clicked the DHL freight option and it took 9 days for the order to even be processed then a further week to ship---i feel i paid extra for fast shipping but it took as long as the standard post---i have another order that was placed 3 days ago and it also has still not been processed---a little disappointing really--
